Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on this website, including but not limited to:

  • photographs;

  • graphics;

  • videos;

  • written content;

  • website design; and

  • promotional material

is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by THANE.

THANE permits its publicly available content to be reproduced, reposted, or shared for non-commercial purposes, provided that clear and noticeable credit is given to THANE within, directly alongside, or visibly connected to the reproduced content.

Attribution should make it reasonably clear that the original content belongs to or was created by THANE.

This permission does not allow any person to:

  • claim THANE content as their own;

  • remove or obscure existing THANE branding or attribution;

  • alter content in a misleading way;

  • use THANE content to falsely suggest sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation;

  • sell, license, or commercially exploit THANE content without prior written permission; or

  • use THANE trademarks, logos, or branding in a way that may cause confusion about the source of goods or services.

For commercial use, advertising, merchandise, resale, or other commercial exploitation of THANE content, prior written permission from THANE is required.

Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and are not covered by this permission.
